A Miracle on West State
Twas the week before Christmas, when all through the house
Not a creature was stirring, except me and my Apple mouse.
I was working on our website, sizing images with great care,
In hopes that the final copy from Torey soon would be there.
The rest of my team were nestled all snug in their beds,
While visions of jQuery danced in their heads.
With the wife in a bad mood, and I in my sweats,
I had just settled down for a long night at my desk.
When out from the driveway there arose such a clatter,
I sprang from my chair to see what was the matter.
Away to the deck I flew like a flash,
Tore open the sliding door and tripped over the trash.
With the launch deadline approaching, and just a few days to go,
I had no time for interruptions, absolutely zero.
Then, what to my tired old eyes should appear,
But Torey and Rachel and Kyle, all here.
With a tall dark driver, in a hurry to leave,
I knew in a moment it must be Steve.
“To help finish this website,” they said why they came,
So I whistled and shouted and called the rest by name!
"Now Declan! Now, Vicmar! Now, Gail and Demi!
On, Kevin! On Vince! On Jacob and Henry!
Let’s start a Skype chat, and make a good plan!
If this thing’s not done before Christmas, you know what will hit the fan”
The site was a monster, that none could deny,
Hundreds of unique pages, and thousands of links to verify.
So everyone took a section and away we flew,
And I was taking a break, to put the coffee on brew.
Just then, in a twinkling, I heard on the roof
The prancing and pawing of each little hoof.
As I swallowed my coffee, and was turning around,
Down the chimney, St. Nicholas came with a bound.
“It’s not Christmas yet,” I told the old guy in red,
“You’re a week early,” I said as he was shaking his head.
“I’m here to help too,” Santa said with a grin,
“We can’t wait for Christmas, this project must end!”
He shook off the dust, and twinkled his eyes!
Then threw off his bag and said “I’ve brought a surprise!”
Out of that bag, ran dozens of elves,
Each with a Macbook, and a punch-list for themselves!
So away we all worked, this team of fifty or more,
As the wife kept sleeping, I could still hear her snore.

Things were happening so fast, it was just like a dream!
As we added the final touches, mobile to be exact,
The old guy cornered me so fast I couldn’t react!
“Now that your site’s done, with a lot of help from me,”
“Take some time off for Christmas, and your family.”
Then he sprang to his sleigh, and to the elves gave a whistle,
“Let’s get back to the north pole, we’ve spent enough time here in Bristol.”
“Kids need toys, and we’ve still got plenty to make,”
And it was about that time, I saw my wife was awake!
“Honey the site’s done, it’s a miracle”, I said!
“What are you talking about Robert, this thing’s gone to your head!”
Then I told her the story, of the team, the elves, and Santa,
She said “Come to bed honey, you’re going bananas.”
So I took her advice, and headed off to sleep,
I must have been dreaming after all, so not another peep.
But the next morning, when I sat down in my chair,
The site was all done, they must have really been there!

Compelling Reasons Campaign
Amerilam Supply Group asked us to target a small but select group of printers and finishers with a campaign designed to convey all the benefits of selecting them for all their finishing supplies and equipment. The target audience included high value leads and existing under performing, but high value customers.
To determine the messaging for this program of 13 weekly postcards and a landing page, we looked to existing Amerilam customers who fit the same profile of our target audience, but were fully engaged in business with our Client. We selected 20 at random, and after conveying an email request from ASG's president, was received permission to survey 12 of these customers by phone.
Once we had our value statements and relevant quotes, we began design of the campaign. With instructions to keep the campaign very tight to brand, the series came together quickly. Our team was responsible for all copywriting, content, and creative.
In addition to the compelling messaging, each of the postcards was laminated with one of ASG's premium laminates from LuxLam, another of ASG's companies.
The initial campaign was such a success that the client has opted to repeat it over and over again for lead nurture and conversion.

Nash & Powers Insurance needed a Corporate Presentation Template to use as a master document for all their presentation needs. Burke, Powers, and Harty's existing website was old, unattractive, and not very informative. They needed a completely new website design to showcase their modern business.
BPH contacted us to create a new web presence for them. They wanted a site that would include a detailed collection of their different services and coverage options. Dynamic eCommerce Site Development
Comphy Company had been dealing with an inferior website developer for over a year and still did not have a fully functional ecommerce website. Tired of waiting around, they needed someone who could recover their assets and hit the ground running.
When Comphy Company contacted us, we promptly took over control of their website development. Starting from scratch, we were able to get their website up and rolling in a matter of months. This was no simple commerce site either. There was a large catalog of products, and each item had multiple size and color options.
The most impressive feature of the site is the "build a bed" module. Users are able to select multiple different options for sheets, comforters, bedskirts, and more and preview them in real time in a digital rendering. This is immensely helpful to their customers and aids in the ultimate buying decision.

eCommerce Site Development
Spalena is a division of Comphy Company that makes sheets exclusively branded for Costco trunk shows. Once the series of traveling shows came to an end, Comphy was left with surplus merchandise and no venue to sell it.
Comphy approached us to build a small ecommerce website to off load their extra products. In under six weeks, we had the website online and ready to take orders. It is a simple interface, but covers all that they needed to promote and selling the remaining Spalena products.
Once the website launched, it saw tremendous success. In fact, Comphy has remanufactured several sizes and colors in order to continue offering the full line.
Lead Generation Campaign
With a long sales cycle and an untapped list of prospects in their CRM, Kollmorgen needed a marketing campaign that could generate new leads for their sales people. Their product line is complex, so they wanted something that would reach prospects on a personal level instead of a technical one.
Kollmorgen engaged with us to design a campaign that would resonate with their average client and push them into the sales funnel. Their main demographic is engineers, the vast majority of which are men. We wanted a broad theme that would interest the largest number of recipients, so we settled on sports and teamwork.
The marketing campaign, which consisted of postcards, landing pages, emails and more, encouraged prospects to "Team up with Kollmorgen." Each different wave of the campaign provided different messaging and graphics and new reasons to put Kollmorgen on their team. Incentives like an engineering app, free hardcover book, and free t-shirt, prompted them to engage even more by providing their information or filling out a survey.
The marketing campaign was very well received and gave the Kollmorgen sales staff months worth of new leads to pursue.
Lead Generation Campaign
Presswise is a fairly young company, but they offer a much needed tool for their industry. They wanted to promote their product to an existing list of prospects, but needed help creating compelling messaging and design.
We engaged with Presswise to design a complete marketing campaign, including postcards, emails, landing pages, and more. To prepare for the campaign, we interviewed several of Presswise's best customers to discover their main business challenges and collect testimonials to accompany the messaging. While brainstorming for messaging ideas, we settled on turning key pain points of these customers into attention grabbing questions.
For example, "Can you process an entire job, from order to delivery, in as few as three steps?" This question was printed boldly on the front of a folded card, prompting the recipient to open and read. On the inside was a testimonial, outlining how Presswise's solution could eliminate that pain point. Each touch drove the prospect to engage further in order to receive more information or see a live demo.
This campaign was a huge hit thanks to such relevant messaging. Presswise gained a large number of hot leads for their sales people to pursue.
Modern eCommerce Site
With an existing eCommerce site suffering from poor performance, weak conversion, and no mobile support, Amerilam Supply Group turned to us for a highly creative, fully responsive site. And we exceeded their expectations in every area.
This Magento site includes support for configurable product pricing, seven pricing levels, and multiple niche sites for specific target audiences. Also included was support for the ASG Gold Rewards system, with increased discounts and rewards for those accumulating high points for their purchases and other interactions on the site.
The responsive nature of the site allows the customer to buy easily from virtually any size screen. This mobile functionality has been a huge advantage for the client , with nearly 30% of purchases coming from these types of devices. This is a huge increase from less than 2% mobile purchases on their prior site less than a year before.

Non-Profit Website Redevelopment
When approached by Rivers Way President, we saw this project as a great way to serve a vital local charity with their mission. With an existing website nearly 4 years old, the undertaking would include all new content and photography.
Charged with the task of website design was our relative newcomer, Kyle Henn. As you can see from the finish product, Kyle was up to the task. With a very vibrant an inviting site the fit's the brand of the charity organization, it reveals it's mission very quickly. It demonstrates the services provided to children of various needs, and how Rivers Way keeps these children engaged and active.
With a growing number of donors and donations, the client's new website has been recognized as a complete success.
Sales Presentation Design
Once we had designed the new LuxeFilms brand, Amerilam Supply Group needed a way to present it to their customers. Amerilam sells to several different categories of customers (direct sale, trade distributors, educators, etc), so this sales presentation needed to be able to work for all avenues.
We were responsible for the entire presentation. It was important to highlight each laminating film carried under the LuxeFilms brand, outlining the benefits and uses of each. From layout and design, to copy and graphics, our team created a functional, informative presentation that could be used for any number of applications.
Shopping Center Website
Johnson Commercial Development is in the process of developing a huge shopping center, The Pinnacle, expected to bring in business and revenue from all over the region. They need a website presence to aid in soliciting new businesses for the shopping center as well as to drive consumer interest.
The new website designed by our team is a simple, responsive design. It allows for easy edits, since the number of stores slated for opening will be constantly growing for the next year and beyond. Potential customers will be interested in the list of stores and the new section that highlights progress on the complex. More importantly, developers will be interested in the "Local" section of the site. This area details area information and demographic data - all the important factors businesses need to consider when planning a new location.

Strategic Plan Brochure
The local Sequoyah Council of the Boy Scouts of America needed a strategic planning brochure to outline their plans for the next five years. This strategic plan included the actions that needed to be taken (especially in regards to fundraising) in each area of the organization. It also contained a forecast of their financial future and proposed budgets.
We designed the entire piece, cover to cover, to capture the attention of board members and donors. It needed to be more than a simple report in order to ensure success for the local BSA Council.
The piece turned out beautifully. It showcased the Sequoyah Council and the efforts they have made to improve and further the organization. Everyone involved was incredibly pleased with the end result.
